Leleti Khumalo is a South African actress, musician, and radio presenter. She is best known for her leading role in the movie and stage play Sarafina!, which was about the 1976 Soweto youth uprisings.

Yesterday was nominated for an Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film in 2005.

She also ventured into television, joining the cast of Generations in 2005 as Busiswe Dlomo, a successful publisher. She later left the show and joined Uzalo as MaNzuza, a devout Christian woman who faces many challenges in her family and community. She also plays Nokubonga “MaZulu” Bhengu on Imbewu: The Seed, a drama series that explores issues of identity, culture, and inheritance.

She is also a radio presenter and a musician, having released her first album, Leleti and Sarafina, in 1993. She is a role model for many young people who aspire to pursue their dreams in the arts.
