Moses Simon joined the GBS Academy in Jos when he was eight years old and developed his skills there until 2013.
He signed a pre-contract with Ajax in 2013, but the deal fell through after he failed to impress in the pre-season training.
He moved to Slovakia and joined Trenčín in 2014, where he scored 13 goals in 33 league appearances and helped the club win the domestic double in 2015.
He then transferred to Belgium and joined Gent in 2015, where he scored 16 goals in 76 league appearances and won the Belgian Super Cup in 2015.
He later moved to Spain and joined Levante in 2018, where he scored one goal in 19 league appearances and struggled with injuries and form.
Moses Simon joined Nantes on loan in 2019, where he scored five goals in 26 league appearances and was voted the club’s player of the season. He signed a permanent deal with Nantes in 2020, where he has scored 20 goals in 106 league appearances so far and has become a fan favorite.
