She was born on 23 January 1991 in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. She studied Theatre Arts at the University of Jos. She started her acting career in 2010 with the film Sai Wata Rana.

She has won several awards, such as Best Actress of the Year at the City People Entertainment Awards. She is the only Kannywood star to make it into the top 10 in Google Search in 2021.

Nafisat started her acting career in 2010, at the age of 18, with the film Sai Wata Rana, produced by Ali Nuhu. She played the lead role alongside other famous actors like Ali Nuhu, Adam A Zango, and Fati Washa. The film was a success and launched her into the limelight.

She then went on to star in other films such as Dan Marayan Zaki, Alkawarina, Alhini, and Lamiraj. She also collaborated with other directors and producers such as Aminu Saira, Falalu Dorayi, and Yakubu Muhammad.

Nafisat’s breakthrough came in 2013, when she won the Best Actress award at the City People Entertainment Awards for her role in Lamiraj.
