Vikas Sangwan IPS Biography
Vikas Sangwan is an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He is currently posted as the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Jaisalmer district, Rajasthan. He was appointed to this post in June 2023, after serving as the SP of Special Operations Group (SOG) in Jaipur.
He joined the IPS in 2018 and was initially posted as the Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Alwar North circle. He has a degree in mathematics from the University of Toronto and is passionate about teaching and learning.
