Apostle Michael Orokpo was born on March 1, 1981, in Benue State, Nigeria. He belongs to the Idoma tribe, one of the major ethnic groups in the state. Apostle Michael Orokpo pursued his higher education at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, a Master of Science degree in Chemistry, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry from the same institution.
