Rasgotra completed his schooling at St. Xavier’s High School in Mumbai and furthered his education by graduating from St. Stephen’s College in Delhi with a degree in History. He expanded his academic pursuits by earning a master’s degree in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Delhi. Later, he enhanced his knowledge in Public Administration by obtaining a diploma from Harvard University in the USA.
